Okay, WTF.  I don’t understand anything about the band that appears to phone call themselves “Apache, The,” other than the truth that they’re from Utah.  Utah?!  as well as there are four of them.  as well as all of the tunes on what appears to be their debut are named after people as well as dates.  like “Ed Templeton or Rodney Mullen (1993),”James Coburn or Samantha Morton (1833),” as well as “Paul Newman or Sidney Poitier (1958).”

But I don’t understand why.  as well as they don’t offer any type of explanation.  In fact, the bio they sent to me just states this:

Apache, The is a band based out of Utah featuring Bastian Salazar, Hector Steele, B. Borealis as well as Dik Stevenson.  They were together less than 2 months as well as after recording 8 tunes as well as before they played sufficient shows you might count on one hand, they broke up.  most likely since they were all assholes. however perhaps just since they got exhausted of sharing such great music with a world as well dumb to recognize what they were missing.

To which I would say: Yeah, they were assholes.  since they didn’t even provide us a possibility to recognize what we were missing.

You may believe the band is affected, with a bio like that as well as tune titles that shriek Ivy league intellectual, however the lyrics are pure Johnny money violence, the vocals are rage personified, as well as the guitar work is quickly as great as any type of shredding from Drive-By Truckers.  This album is awesome.
